LONE WORKER AND REGULATION

An employee is considered a lone worker when he/she performs work out of sight or out of earshot of other people. The protection of lone workers is regulated by the Labor Code (article L4121-1 article R4543-19). It is therefore a legal obligation for the employer.

WHY A WATCH ?

Although our smartphone-based solution is the most successful, we see different needs emerging depending on the sector of activity and the use of a PTI-DATI application. For exa-mple, some isolated workers are not equipped with smartphones or do not need them. Mo-reover, a watch is smaller and lighter than a smartphone and it is a closed product.
